The vast majority of America, if not the world, is moderate in their opinion of most issues, generally. Naturally, after Pearl Harbor and 911, most of America could have been considered radical. After 911, the lullaby's played on the MSM every night, in stark contradiction to the urgency of the need to fight terrorism, American moderates soon rolled over and went back to sleep. This is only my opinion, and hard to verify, because most moderates are not easily polled, and do not vote in most elections. They generally go with the flow and deal with the cards that are dealt to them. That was pretty much the situation in Germany in the early 1930's. It did not turn out so well for them. The same thing could very well happen in America. The left wing liberals control the mass media that most Americans depend on to get information from the world outside the little bubble in which they live. My liberal mother, God bless her, does not believe anything I tell her that does not agree with what she has heard on the nightly news or in the local newspaper. The Muslim that left his Friday night service in Seattle a few months ago, and then went out and shot six women (one was pregnant, one was killed) was not on the news, so, to her, it did not happen. I cannot prove WMD's were found in Iraq, so, to her, none were ever there, even back when they were being used on Iraqi's by Husseine. I cannot show her pictures of where the WMD's were taken when Husseine hid them , so they never existed. The mainstream media's deliberate deceit is extremely difficult to counter in this war on terror.
To me, it seems that the so-called moderate Muslims would be sure that America knew they are not supporting the jihadists against us. I do not get around much, but I have not heard even one leading Imam from America, or any other country, speak out against our enemy in this war for our survival. I have not heard anyone say anything verifiable about how the majority of American Muslims stand, except for the few crazy enough to admit to hating America and wanting the jihadists to kill every man woman and child who is not a Muslim. Then, our media acts like Americans deserve anything that happens to them, because of someone's opinion of something they think an American did once upon a time. I guess the media thinks if they support the Muslim point of view, the jihadists won't kill them along with the rest of us. I believe the 'moderate' Muslims are just waiting to see who wins and then quickly join the winning side at the last minute. America will not do anything to them for not taking a stand against the jihadists attempt to conquer the world. People say that I stereotype the Muslims, that the vast majority of Muslims are peace loving, America supporting, good neighbors, apparently against the teachings from the Quran made in every mosque I have heard of (not that there is anything publicized about what is taught in "American" mosques). How does any non-Muslim know what the vast majority of Muslims think? I have not seen any opinion polls, not that the pollsters aren't notorious for rigging their polls to fit their personal agendas. It seems to me there is a lot of stereotyping going on lately. The liberals are constantly speaking for America, yet they are so out of touch with reality, they don't know we are at war. The libbers say that because they won control of Congress, America does not support the war in Iraq against Iran and Al Qaida. From what I understand, the election was decided more on economic, education, healthcare, and immigration issues. I don't think anything about the war was on the ballot. Also, most Americans did not even vote, so how do the libbers know what "America" wants. I imagine when the libbers allow the jihadists to attack America again, the moderates left alive will be heard from. Ask the Japanese what happens when the vast majority of Americans get riled up.
